Welcome to my foundation ball handling course. These are essential ball handling drills you must do to become a more confident ball handler.  

 

Here are prescribed ways to do the drill. 
1. Reps - choose a number and achieve that goal before moving onto a higher rep count
2. Timed- choose a time (:20/:30/:45/:60). Do the drill for that duration
3. Perfection - see how many perfect reps you can do without messing up

Dribbling Combos

Welcome to my Combo Drills Ball Handling Course. Combo moves are great way to break down defenders. Adding  these moves to your bag will help you become  a better creator off the dribble. There are serval combo moves in basketball. In this course you get drill breakdowns and gain better insight on how to use the moves. 

How to use this section:
Drills in this section can be done stationary or on the move. To grasp the concepts start stationary before adding movement. 
Drills can be done for time, reps or perfect reps in a row. Some clips will be seen dynamically which will be more game like.
Be sure to challenge yourself by going faster, getting lower or beating your previous score.

Dynamic Ball Handling

Welcome to my Dynamic Ball Handling Basketball Course. In this section the drills will consist of the following components; Ball manipulation, ball control, dribble speed, and foot work. These drills are designed to build off of the foundations course. Adding these variables to your skillset  will get your closer to becoming a much more confident ball handler.
 
How to use this section:
Use this drill library  as reference. Look over each drill and try to understand the various nuances of each drills.
Drills can be done for time, Reps or distance. The main goal is to repeat and try to improve with each trial. Be sure to start slow and under control. As skills and confidence rises pick up the speed and intensity.
