My professional experience and unique approach will provide the traction necessary for athletes to hit the ground running. I personally work with each trainee to help them achieve their individual athletic goals. I push, but I also motivate. Early on, I identify what each client is capable of with my goal being to help them reach, then exceed, that potential.

My Experience, My Passion
As a professional Basketball Trainer, I have become well-known and respected throughout the Bay Area. Through my own basketball journey I've had the opportunity to work with and pleasure of being trained by some of thee most highly respected trainers around. Experiences like this have allowed me to create my own unique way of teaching.
My goal is to equip players with life long skills that can help them on and off the court. This program is a place to grow and see what hard-work, passion, sportsmanship, and respect can do. It bigger than basketball. Empowering our generations to come.

One Thru Five offers a variety of classes for different athletic levels and sport needs. If you’re looking to improve your game and take it to the next level, you can find the support and resources you need right here. Additionally, I personally consult with every client to understand each one’s unique goal. Because at One Thru Five, every athlete matters.
Skills & Drills Academy
15 players Max
Session 1: 8-10 years old (4-4:55pm)
Session 2 : 11 and up (5-5:55pm)

Academy is designed to take the high level concepts of basketball and break them down in such a way players that can learn and apply them immediately. At One Thru Five, we believe that understanding how the game is played at a high level is the first step in becoming a better player.
TEAM TRAINING
Team
Personalized practice plan with the focus on skill development and Teamwork. In this session coaches will come together to find a common ground on what the team needs to improve on. Concepts like team defense, floor spacing & rebounding will be the emphasis in this session.
